I need help on determining this chicks breed and gender..

Hello, I was wondering if anybody could help me figure out this chickens breed and gender.

So far I'd say pullet considering the tail feathers. As for the breed... kinda hard to tell in those pictures. Could you get a brighter picture?

A pullet is a female chicken under one year old. I'd say pullet and some type of red... RIR or NHR or RSL...
