Hmm...Thats a tricky one, shes GREY for crying out loud!

She could be a :

blue booted bantam (not sure tho, she might have more feathering)
Cochin, bad quality (perhaps, if she was better quality she would have more feathering, where did you get her from?)

I got them from tractor supply they were assorted bantams.

It's wings are funny they kind of point downward.

yes, that suggests like Japanese Bantam but those dont have feathered legs,
