I need help with a genetics question

I have a chick that I hatched out and he is currently two weeks old, he has developed black feathers on one wing and white feathers on another wing, is this a mutation? I don’t have a clue how this could have happened

I think that's totally possible. I have chicks that the dad was a leghorn. One chick is all white like the dad, the other has 3 barred rock feathers on its back. Just three. All the rest are white! They are 10 weeks old so I'm curious to see what will happen to those odd ball feathers! The moms were not identified to me as I got the hatching eggs from a friend with a mixed flock, and only the rooster was known!
