I need help with my chicken

Hello everyone ,
If someone can please be so kind to guide me . My chicken is making a breathing noise , low energy and poop on her button . When I saw her like that I gave her 1 ml Tylan 50 injected on her leg since she does not like it on her breast muscle .

Please advise!

What are you trying to treat? What symptoms do you see? Tylan50 is often used to treat Symptom of respiratory illness like Mycoplasma.
Injectable Tylan 50 can be given orally. Dose is 0.25ml per pound of weight given orally 3 times a day for 5 days.
