I need help!!!

Ok so I have a breeding pair of buff back poms the hen has laid 13 eggs over the past month but is barely ever on the eggs maybe a couple times a day... Is she ever going to lay so they will hatch or should I take the eggs away??

I wouldn't say they would hatch if shes on them a couple times a day. She needs to be pretty constant with her only leaving the nest a few times a day to feed for ten mins or so. Leave them with her and candle them see if they're alive
