Youre going to have to bandage it and keep the little one indoors for a while, if need be i'd suggest bringing a buddy in to keep it company. Could you post any pictures of it? Neosporin will need to be applied and the wound will need to be kept clean. you can irrigate it with clean water, dab it dry gently, apply some neosporin, cover it with clean 2x2's, and wrap clean gauze cling wrap over it crossing over the chest of the bird and under the other wing. you'll have to check it to make sure its secure and that the little one doesnt try and pull it off. It'll be a small battle keeping the gauze on since babies are wiggly. A vet would be ideal so the little one can get some antibiotics to help prevent infection systemically and take care of the bone and tendon sticking out.
