I need some help!

I have 2 chickens and one of them which is about 6 weeks old has recently been showing signs of soothing wrong I’ll list the symptoms
1. Wobbly having a hard time walking very unbalanced
2. Seizures that happen when feeding drink or walking it does sometimes happen as it’s about to hop off my leg
3. White diarrhea not clear white and also brown
4. Seems very tired doesn’t want to move
5. During the seizures there will like it’s bating wings head throwing back then going limp then head shaking and then it’s ok after that
I have looked up so much stuff to try and figure out what it was something’s match certain diagnosis but then doesn’t include certain symptoms so I’m very lost and just want my chicken to be ok also side note his brother is ok ( yes there both girls I think I just gave them boy names) but the other chicken so no symptoms of any of this normal poop and everything PLEASE ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

It may be a form of wry neck. That is often a vitamin deficiency, but can also be caused by disease or injury. Link below on treating wry neck. You will need to give vitamin E and a tiny bit of selenium to help with the uptake of the E. I would also give a B complex vitamin once a day.
