I need to give my rooster to a good home where he will have a happy life, I am in the Portland metro area Oregon, if that helps

I love so-moe and I wish I could keep him, but local ordnance forbids roosters. When I finally move to the country I will have my rooster. But until then I can't have so-moe. Any suggestion?
