My parents live in the small town of Mahual 8-9 months of the year and have a small bed and breakfast.

My Father was doing snorkeling and Dive excursions.

What a retirement ...lol

Considering what is happening on the Border here with us in Juarez I'll stay out of Mexico for now. Farther down it's not so bad and if you fly in rather than drive you have a much better chance of living through it. It sounds like your parents are really enjoying retirement!!

Oh that sounds lovely!!! On HGTV house hunters international, they had a young couple who went and bought a small property that was a dive shop/hotel type place where they had a home attachted and I thought that is a Great Idea, they had 2 small children and what a great experience for them to grow up there as well!! Good for your parents!!!! If I were you, I'd see if they had a job for me!!

Mexico is beautiful, I loved Mazatlan and Zacatecas where my sister in law is from. It's a gorgeous country, the rain-forests are fantastic.
