I need to know about caring for ducks

I have been quite fascinated with ducks for a little while now and I would love to get some ducklings soon, however I would like to learn everything I possibly can about them, that way I can provide them with a proper home and care.

I know quite a few of you have ducks and love them so I knew ya'll could give me some tips on the caring for both ducklings and adults, Thanks!!!

I liked having the information in one place rather than searching through the wealth of info here.
It's a great resource.

As far as care, feed, fresh water and warmth are about the same as chicks.

Be warned, they are a whole lot messier and stinkier than chicks though. And yet still lovable!

Ditto ranchhand lol.I got into raising duck's almost 6 year's agne basicaly has to have an Iron stomach for the duckling's

.They are messy can be quite nauseaus if you don't keep them clean on an lamost daily basis.But the work is well worth it once they are grown and you can watch them swim and forage all day long.Most are easily trained to an area and most of mine would eat from hand or the feed can readily.Good luck with your duckie's. lol I've heard they are quite the mess makers, but luckily I do have an iron stomach and don't mind cleaning their cage out daily
