Looking at the brown bird in each photo, are these two birds the same breed? Which breed would you guess? The darker one is a rooster, right? Thanks for any

They are different breeds.
The second one is a Welsummer or Brown Leghorn and the first one is a Cream Legbar.

Both are pullets one looks like a cream legbar the other a brown leghorn

I think the second is a Welsummer pullet, looks just like my girl last year.
