I ordered my chicks today

I had an april order coming from ideal, I decided to cancel it, with all the problems with the hatcheries this year. I decided to go with meyer hatchery since it's only about 5 hours from here. I know things still can happen but i'm hoping the chicks will have a better chance. They won't be here til april 23 but very excited. I also ordered from my feed store 6 americanas and 12 black-sex links all pullets. They will be here in about 2 weeks.
I ordered from meyer hatchery 10 golden laced wyandotte pullets, 1 gl wyandotte roo, 5 delawares pullets and 10 assorted silkies.

equine chick, good luck on the peeps. I think it is a smart move on your part to order from someone close. The peeps will realize alot less stress with a short ride, so I can't imagine any shipping problems.
