here's my sebbie pair and my pekin at 3 weeks old. i can't believe how big they are. i never realized how big they actually are until i got my new crested pekins yesterday from ideal.

I believe you. My little sebbie stood up and looked over the top of the brooder at me. They grow quick! I have seen none grow as fast as my first did at 9 weeks. They looked like adult geese.

pretty ducks i have rouens and they mature at 6 months

They are so cute!! I have runner ducks and they grew fast. They are 9 weeks old and have been as big as their mom and dad for at least a week now.

At what age do the Pekin start laying and do they lay all year? I am asking because I am interested in that breed also. One of my Runner hens started laying at 21 weeks. She is a laying machine....lol Oh, how well does the Pekin lay also?
