I saw chicks!!!

I candled some of my eggs on day 4 and saw nothing. So I kinda thought it was gonna be a bust. This is my first time. So I left them in there and forgot about them, only glancing at temp and humidity a couple times a day. Yesterday was day 10, so I candled. And I saw chicks!!!! I didnt count, but about 3/4 I think.

I could see the veins and the little chicks floating around in there!! Some eggs I couldnt tell for sure, so I left them all in there. I'll candle again on day 15, and throw out the ones I know are bad then. I saw some I believe are infertile, and some others that had a ring around the inside of the egg? Bad eggs I think...

Was so neat seeing the chicks, now I'm excited all over again!!!

You often don't see anything in the first few days , the ring is probably a bacterial ring , if you look on the candling pictures in the learning centre of BYC you can find pictures of this to compare with
