^^^^ I have circled what I think are the beginning of spurs^^^^

Hard to tell since it has a very little top knot and a single comb. Usually the girls have a more rounded top knot and the boys have streamers on the back of theirs. I think you'll have to wait awhile to be sure.

I don't think I have ever had a chicken who did not have spur buds. This includes all hens & pullets. The circles are WAY too high for spurs though--they would be right above the 5th toes.

I don't see any discernable features to indicate gender, but if I had to make a guesstimate (heavy on guess), I would say pullet. Behavior at this age is no clue for silkies.

You need to rub bath oil, olive oil or mineral oil on the feet--looks to have the beginnings of scaley leg mite. (A very common problem, especially with feather footed breeds.)

this chick has dry skin it looks like ALL OVER i have treated for mites and lice so are scaley leg mites different then other mites?

Scaley leg mites live under the scales on the legs. Hard to get rid of with regular mite treatments. Oil smothers them, and also looses the scaley gunk they leave behind.
