Hello to all bird lovers! I am very excited to converse with all of you and gain a bit of knowledge and ideas from your wisdom. We are fairly new to the farm/country life. We have lived in the city with 11 of our 13 children up until three years ago. Since then we have been blessed with two more boys, which makes 9 boys and 4 girls for us. Needless to say, our hens are dear to us! I always have nutritious food for the family and neighbors! Thanks for all the knowledge in advance

Welcome to Backyard chickens. Sounds like you could use a lot of eggs. You can get a ton of info from the Learning Center. Plenty of ideas and some plans at the coop section. If you put your state name in the search box, it will come up - then you can see if you have any BYCERS in your area.
