Almost 3 years ago. Today I weighed less than I have in almost 10 years. I figure 30 more lbs and I will be a smokin hottie.

I now focus on eating the good stuff that I like, only a little bit of coffee ice cream instead of the whole thing, and a good cheeseburger once a week.

A cheat day once a week is very good to help lose weight. It kick starts your metabolism after its been restricted from the food its used to, and prevents the body from reacting like its starving. Prevents it from clinging on to fat and calories.
Have that yummy cheeseburger, and a few more plus a whole thing of coffee ice cream once a week if you want to, its good for you!

I've been doing that, eating super healthy every day except Saturdays. Well on Wednesday my wedding dress came in after waiting four months on order. And... it's loose!!! It still fits, but I don't fill it out as nicely as I did when I first tried it on. My sister told me I need to have a two weeks cheat to fill my dress back in. Yeah right!!

LOL!!!! Believe me I have not been trying at all. I just adjusted my thinking and it has made a world of difference. I am not denying myself AT ALL!

Have you had a physical?

You may want to get checked out.

That, or send me some of your thinking vibes!!!!

Young man why would I want to get a physical???? I stopped TRYING to eat crap I didn't like, stopped depriving myself, stopped obsessing about food...... and lost weight. 50 lbs in 3 years is not a crash diet.

I basically do the same I just think about how each thing will benefit my body vs cause it trouble later. no diets no constantly checking my weight. Although cheesecake is always healthy in my book.
