I think I have 3 Roosters and 1 hen??

Where did you get these? Ones with a star, are Eire mixed, or some sort of cross someone came up with. Sometimes hatcheries have sex links, or crosses they sell. But they aren't pure breeds.

* Cockerel
* Pullet
New Hampshire Red Cockerel
* Cockerel

I don't think that the second is a girl, because look at that wattle development and it's comb is getting bright red. A pullet's comb wouldn't get bright red until she's almost ready to lay.
Pullets can have reddish combs at an early age. Some of the combs on my hens were turning red at 8 weeks of age. You will know when they are hitting egg-laying stage when the pullet's comb starts sprouting really fast. Keanse19 said she got them a month ago when they were 4-6 weeks old which means they are 8-10 weeks now. At 8-10 weeks that's definitely a pullet. A cockerel that age would be far more developed than that.

Based on those legs I'm going to guess that is a late blooming cockerel. The coloring looks like it may be a hatchery quality Barred Rock cockerel. I'd keep my eye on that one. Did you get them straight run?
I'm not sure what a straight run is, we got these chickens from a family friend and this is our first go at raising chickens. So far it's going very well. While we did start this journey to have fresh eggs, we aren't going to be disappointed if they are all cockerels. I like raising them and its teaching the kids there is life outside of video games and cell phones!!! LOL

Straight run just means the chicks you purchased were unsexed. You are certainly right also that there is life outside of video games and cellphones! ;)

They call them straight run when the chicks haven't been sexed and are mixed together, so there's no guarantee what gender you'll get. Raising chickens is definitely wonderful for that, it has been an awesome experience for our 12 year old son! The little ones love it too, but it doesn't get them away from other things like it does him. I'm kind of jealous, I really want a rooster flock but I can't talk my husband into it, yet :fl Just keep an eye on them, if that one does end up being a pullet you'll want to separate it out pretty soon.
