I Think I have a BOY!!!

I posted this questions like 3 weeks ago, and I got a couple of people who thought I had a roo, but then I was convinced by others that she was a hen. Well this morning she/he made an odd noise I have never heard before. Here are recent pictures, can someone help me figure out if she is a hen or a roo? Please, Please, Please be a hen.

She still looks like a roo to me, but I am new to this.

Thanks. I was afraid she was looking more and more like a roo. I'm sad I have to find a new home for him. Chucha is 11 weeks old. How long until he starts cocka....doodledooing?
