I posted one just like it a few days ago. It was identified as an Old English Game Bird. Mine is a bantam and also 10 weeks. It is just about the size of a robin at this point, the pullets tower over him.

100% a little roo...because it is a silver duck wing old english game bantam...and only roosters are colored like that...the hens are more dull
