I think I have two roosters... Confirmation please?

My chickens are about 10-11 weeks old, and I had gotten them from a hatchery. I've started to hear the transition from the chirps to the clucking these past few weeks and noticed these two suspicious ones.. The buff orp has had that tail sticking out for awhile now but the barred rock not so much til today.

I'm afraid they're roosters and where I live they're not allowed but I haven't heard any signs of crowing whatsoever.

I agree with jallny, BR Roos are lighter than that.

BR roos have more white than black! though your BO is a pullet! he is VERY handsome.

I don't think that is a buff Orpington. It should have pink legs and no black in the tail. It should also be a lighter color. I'm thinking that is more likely a sex link of some kind. And they both look like pullets to me.

Its a Buff rock, and it looks female, so does the Barred rock. I see nothing rooish about them

Trust me! ive seen many roos! much more than i wouldve liked to! but ive seen roos! and i agree that that is not a BO. it might have BO in it, but not pure BO.
