Welp. I know it happens, but I’m pretty sure one of my chickies has stopped developing. I’ve been leery of this one the whole time, as even in the beginning it seemed to be behind the others and never seemed to have a whole lot of veining. While I did finally get confirmation of fertilization and even good movement earlier on, it appears it hasn’t grown over the past several days, and I haven’t been able to detect any movement. I don’t think I see the “red ring” or whatever, but just a blob that kind of floats around slowly as I turn the egg to candle it. Womp.

Pictures from last night, day 15. Can anyone confirm my suspicions based off of these? Should I go ahead and remove it before lockdown?

It's a quitter, sorry about that.

It does not look good to me either.
There is absolutely no harm leaving it in another day or two to be sure.
Thank you! Would it be helpful in any way to open it once I’m 100% sure? I know I’ve read on here that some people will crack the ones that didn’t hatch to see what went wrong. I’m not sure if that’s only for the fully developed ones that just didn’t hatch for whatever reason? I’m not sure I even want to see it, but if it would give me something to learn from to do differently next time, then I will.
