I think I need your turkey expertise help

I have a 1 year old momma turkey hen and a Tom dad about same age. Mom had 5 chicks this spring. All but one chick got ate by a predator. I think a fox. Sine then I moved the turkey family of mom, dad and lone turkey chick to a more open but safer location. They are now around no more birds. A few days ago I noticed baby chick, who is now a pretty good size poult, 12 weeks, to have swelling on head and lethargic. The head looked really rough. I started with tetracycline from TSC and mixed in water. After 4 days of that, she is not looking any better. But not too much worse either. now both mom and dad look and act fine and never were sick with any symptoms. Since I'm pretty sure that it is some type of respratory issue, and she is not getting any better I have started auromycin in the feed. My question is how long can sick poult keep looking like rough and sick like this? Can you use auromycin in food, along with tetryciline in water? Any other suggestions for care (please keep in mind I'm a "po" man)? I thought about tylan powder, but it is really high...

Does the poult look like the swelling is around the eyes? If it's a swollen sinus, it needs to be taken care of ASAP. Tylan injectable is commonly used for this. You can try getting a needle and syringe and see if you can suck the gunk out if it's the sinus, for this I use an 18g needle. If it solidifies in there you'll have to cut it out.

Yes, that may be it, but needles and injecting is not an option .
what are some alternatives?
is there anything I can administer that doesn't involve needles. Something the bird can eat or drink?
What happens if condition continues?

If you just let it go, the infection will harden in there, it could lose that eye, the infection can push one side of the beak over and make it impossible for the poult to eat. I am afraid the only other options that I can think of are a vet, a friend who can do injections, or euthanasia. Most antibiotics that you can feed just aren't effective against this. I am really sorry, I wish I could help you...
