It is an easter egger and i think cockerel but I am not sure.

it looks like it has a single comb, and with the yellow legs and no muffs or beard..... I dont think its an ee, but it might be

Had chipmunk like markings before it started feathering out.

With the yellow legs, single comb, and lack of puffy cheeks, I don't think it's an EE. Could be, of course, since EEs come in all colors, but I think it's unlikely unless it was a barnyard mix of some kind. The color pattern isn't typical EE, either.

Lots and lots of breeds start life looking like little chipmunks. You may just have to wait until this bird feathers out to be sure.
