I Think My Ducks Are Imitating My Dogs

OK so I have two dogs. Our newest addition ,Noah barks quite a bit. Ever since he joined our family the ducks have started to sound like they are barking when he starts. It's funny. I know birds like parakeets will mimic barking, but never heard of ducks doing it. What do you think?

I don't think they are barking....They are just replying..When my Rooster Crows in the morning my Ducks Quack back....They Quack when my Dogs bark also...

I feed my animals at 8am and 5pm. Right before feeding time the goat and chicken start letting me know they want there food. They take turns I get baah then eheh. You would think they are starving,but there is always food still out there. I know they talk to each other at times. It is funny when they make soft sweet noise when they walk by the others.

Yes! At first I thought my Dilly Duck was choking, but she barks likes the dogs when they bark, at meal times, and when she is excited! Sometimes when a car pulls in the driveway, if the dogs bark. None of the other ducks bark, tho! I think you have very smart ducks that have learned a foreign language!
