I think my hens have MITES? HELP?

I noticed today 2 of my hens have little brown critters crawling on their skin that look like aphids on a rose bush and they cwawl arround really fast. I have noticed a chang in their feathers turning white and cotton looking and falling out, and their skin is kind of dandruf flaky looking. I think its mites but im new to this. Any ideas and how do I treat them?

spray it with adams Flea&ticks sprays, those sprays works great for me.

More likely these are lice- but pyrethrin sprays/powder will work, but you need to apply every 2 weeks for a few doses.
