I think my hens have worms

My mom noticed that some of my hens seem to have worms in their poop. What do I do about it? Also, are the eggs still safe to eat or should we not eat them? I currently have 8 hens, one rooster and 18 babies that are one week old. The egg production does not seem to be down. Getting around 7 eggs per day. What do I do to get rid of the worms? Do the babies need to be de-wormed as well? The chickens free range most of the day and are in their coop at night.
