I think our hen may be sick

We have 5 hens, all around 4-5 months old and one of our little girls today doesn't look like she feels well. I wish I could post the video but she keeps raising her neck up and opening her mouth, kind of like taking a deep breath but she looks stressed and didn't flinch at all when I went to pick her up. Any suggestions ?

Check her crop and neck. Try giving her water with a dropper. Try that and check back here for more answers from others.
