This is Buckbeak. A 4 week old Silver Laced Wyandotte.

Aside from being a total love bug, she absolutely LOVES when I mimic her chirps and purrs, basically goes back and forth with me as if we are having a conversation.

She does have a really bad habit of trying to clean me, loves trying to floss my teeth for me while I'm smiling and talking to her

Anyone have a silly bird that they'd love to tell me about?

I am so beyond in love!

I have some 12 week old bantam boys that are like that, love to sit on my shoulder and werble sweet nothings. It is the sweetest thing ever.

Yes!! I held all of my chicks tons as babies, but Buckie was the little girl who jumped out of the brooder onto me whenever I was holding anyone else because- spoiled?? Lol

If we are eating out back, one of mine will always come down at dusk to try and get us into the coop for the night. . She was always the one hopping out of the brooder to get to us.
