I think we're getting close!!

I think Mary Jane, my 21 week old RIR hen is about to lay. I've been checking the nest boxes everyday now for the past three weeks or so, and today I went out there and the hay was moved around into bare spots in both the boxes, and when I went to look in, she started running towards me and freaking out and sat there and stared at me. So I think we're getting close!

Rosie, my RIR who is 20.5 weeks, has just started squatting when I reach for her. She used to be very standoffish and wouldn't let me touch her, but now I can pick her and pet her. I think our girls are on the same schedule...
