I have 2 SLWyandottes, 1 barred rock, and 3 speckled sussex. the sussex are about 2 weeks younger than the rest. They are all around 4-4.5 months old.
Here are some photos. I think the SLW that has more red on his/her comb might be a roo but I am new to chickens so I am not positive. I live in the city and need to figure it out soon so the neighbors don't complain.
Thank you for your help. I have been lurking on this forum for awhile and found it extremely informative.

Thanks!!!

I notice two of the sussex tail feathers stick out while the other seems shorter.

I don't think that the slw is a roo... Can you get more body pics of the two speckled sussex? They all look like pullets from those pics. Maybe a crowing hen?

Such fast response from all of you. This is good news if you are right. I really am hoping to keep all of them. Maybe I can just give the neighbors some eggs.

agree -- they all look like pullets to me!! Your SLW is the same age as mine and they look very similar. She got very red as well and I thought for sure she was going to be a roo but nope -- she is a lovely friendly pullet! Phew! Can't keep roosters where I am!
here's mine twin to yours!
