my 2 chickens have been laying on the other side of the fence. I think for the last week
are they still edible?? There’s a rooster in the flock too

Thank youOpen them in a separate bowl before you mx them with anything. That way you will know if they are good or not.
I can store my fertile eggs for a month on my kitchen counter at room temperature without them going bad. I anticipate there is nothing wrong with them but it doesn't hurt to be sure.
That’s a good idea! Thank youMeanwhile, lock your chickens in the coop and run for at least a week, don't let them free range. This should re-train them to use the nests. Might take rwo weeks. Might put golf balls in the nests as well, convinces them the nests are safe to use.
