lol... Hope you have a good rest, I always found it so hard to slep when the sun was up. I worked night for 7 years, now I have trouble sleeping at night still....lol...

Just an insomniac now.

It is now 10.30am here in the UK.

Most of the times I could sleep in direct sunlight. I just need it to be quiet long enough to go to sleep. And I am headed that way.
