They are absolutly beautifull! Tysm♥
This is my little baby at 3 weeks now, as you can see (I say he until proven otherwise) he has no comb at all but also no tail so it really is a suprise!View attachment 2202658View attachment 2202659
They are so cute! Yea thats why it so double he has signs of both gender but I Just keep hoping for a pullet. I have (like many here)the gift for picking roostersHe's adorable! I seem to be visited by the Rooster fairy more often then not so by default i call everything he until proven otherwise. Your's appears to be slower to feather out than mine did. I brought mine home a day shy of being 3 weeks exactly. Right now based on face alone i'd hope for pullet. I have a picture from the night mine came home, and while its not the best picture you can easily spot 2 of the boys.

That's awesome news! More hens is always better. The girls are showing signs that the precious first egg is in the not to distant future. I cannot wait to see that lovely dark brown beauty. I think Daisy will be first, her face is redder and she is just overall maturing faster then Holly. And exciting news, my cousin who has let me hatch a few of his own eggs this spring bought a new 52 egg incubator. Deal is in place that after they start laying good he offered to hatch at least 12 eggs for me in hopes of getting some more hens.
How lucky you were! Congrats! Hoping for you to have ladies. Of the 8 that I hatched, Lulu is now Louie, Carmen is now Carl, and Lizzie is now Eddie. So, 3 out of the 6 that survived are male. Not too bad for us.Thank you Drumstick Diva I will take all the pullet vibes I can get. Technically I would be ok if 1 ended up being a cockerel but the chicks can't know or i'd end up with all boys. When they get here sunday they will be all given girl names and referred to as "she's".
