I wonder what mix Meeka is? (new pics post 18)

I got this lovely mutt off of a friend last week, she (Meeka) is now part of the flock - looks like she has a bit of Polish in her, but what else?

She's almost two years old, has white legs with a bit of feathers on them... She is pure white (now that the dirt has washed off her feathers), she is quite small and lays a medium-sized very pale cream egg, almost white.

I got this other girl (Mina) from somewhere else 3 weeks ago, she is a Polish x White Leghorn cross - looks almost the same, except for the blue legs!

I'd say a good guess is that they are all crossed with sultans - or another crested breed, like polish.

I would say Leghorn Polish cross, but the leg color probably won't be the same. And my, those legs are huge!

If she were crossed with a Sultan, she'd have feathered feet.

Oh, so those aren't just abnormally huge legs. . . Ah, then yeah - Probably Sultan cross with something.
