I thoughabout it as well. We have a mutt puppy too. She looks like a pit-lab ? mix but who knows. Her mom was a stray rescued of the road and her dad paid a visit in the backyard and left no business card.

I've been tempted as well. We have a lab mix. To look at him I'd bet money that his father was a least half Doberman. His mother was definitely a chocolate lab according the person we got him from.
I wish we'd had our Aussie done before he passed away. I'm not sure he was an Aussie at all! I saw a Border Collie once who could have been his twin.
