Ice cream bar chicken egg Color

Is it possible the chicks in the eggs will lay more vibrant colors? She should have clarified that if it’s the case, maybe a negative yelp review since you can’t do an eBay one.

All of the eggs went sour. They weren’t even fertilized I think. No embryo or anything,I even cracked them and sent her pictures. The seller never gave me a refund. She’s still selling on ebay. Beware the ones that are unbelievably bright blue. They must have brightened or fixed up the color in the photos. I would not buy from her. But I was able to find three eggs from a reputable seller and they hatched. The chicks turned out black and one grey/blue. They just started laying and the eggs are a beautiful teal/green color.

Also, do you have an opinion on the name? We were discussing calling them SilverBars or SilverBlueBars. Something that isn’t associated with Isbar.

It’s a learning experience for sure!! Honestly, it brought you to a great breeder with pretty birds who lay beautiful eggs! That’s similar to me. I found the Silverudd’s Blue breeder group and hatched 3 pretty pullets who all lay lovely greens!
