Is this a blue star or a blue maran? And is that red coloring on the eye and under the chin normal?

The red looks like a marker....did you hatch her, or purchase her?

I think the red may be a marker, too. I seem to recall that when I've asked my hatchery to vaccinate there's also some funky colors in the box--probably to show themselves the vaccine is completed. Maybe the vaccine itself has pigment in it. Perhaps it could be residual from that?
