ideas for bringing light to the hens?

My two girls (an arucana and a silver seabright) are housed somewhere where i cant bring electricity to them, and im having the darndest time figuring out how to give them the 15 plus hours of light required for eggs

We only get about 11-12 hours at this point.

Any thoughts?

Solar walkway lights - possibly set outside a window so they will shine in?

You can go solar, but make sure you get a good one...they are kinda weak if you get the cheap ones.
