Ideas for path/walkway to coop??

I am wearing the grass out, in my travels to and from the coop. I am wondering if anyone has thought of anything clever, cheap, cute in the way of a sidewalk,etc...This is not the area where the chickens are- but the entrance and walkway to the chicken yard. Ideas??

Big concrete pavers are simplest. The smaller the objects you put down, the faster they'll sink into the earth and have to eventually be pried up, filled under, and reset.
