ideas to prepare for summer heat

Ok, so the chicken tractor we just built is pretty cool...but I'm concerned that this summer the coop part- which is about 3.5 ft over top of the run area, will heat up too much this summer.
It's 7 ft long and 3 ft wide at the base, tapering up to a roof.
Has a nesting box at each end and some roosts
Made from pine
Should I put in some venting? or maybe a small fan?
You may need more info to help me out...

Ventilation is a must...a small fan would not hurt to help pull air through the coop to cool it down. If it can be placed partially in the shade that could help keep it cool.
