Identification help, please!

This chick comes to us from a neighbor who decided they didn’t want to raise chickens after all. He/she was purchased from Tractor Supply. He/she is about eight weeks old and being raised with three of mine around the same age. I find the four of them huddled together, so I believe he/she has been accepted - even by the mama hen.

Aside from wanting to know the breed, I am concerned with a few areas that are bald and quite red. Maybe this is perfectly normal for this particular breed. We raise Silkies and Bantam Cochin, so these areas are always covered in fluff. I’m not sure if there’s a medical or behavioral issue that I should aware. Your insights would be appreciated.
