I got them from my hen

So like what is your hen and what is the rooster? I thought you wanted to know what breed they are not what sex they are. About some breeds at three weeks you can tell the cockerels will start with the comb developing a lot faster than the pullets(but not always.)

If you bred them yourself, wouldn't you know what breeds they are? If you have several roosters, please tell us their breeds, as well as your hen's, so we can help you.

If not bred yourself...you're going to have to wait for them to feather out.

the mother is an Austra White but the rooster’s breed I’m not sure of

I just wanted to know the name of the breed if they were mixed, but I think they are just mixed breed

Yes, "mixed breed" is accurate.
Some people call them "barnyard mix."
"Mutt" is also used, but is not as polite.
