Identifying goose breed

So, I got some geese. One I've identifiyed as a Chinese, but the other seems like a total mutt to me. I love him though. Maybe an embden mix or something?

Also, any advice on sexing them? Currently (in my mind) the white one is my boy, and the Chinese is a girl, but I really have no idea. I guess I'll have to wait and see if one lays eggs this spring.
