If a broody hen stops sitting on the eggs, can you safely move....

the eggs to an incubator?

My hen is not proven but she went broody last week. A friend has some shipped eggs coming but I'm not sure we should try her or not.

If anyone has had to do this, I'd appreciate hearing your story!

If I could safely move the eggs into the incubator should she stop sitting, I'd have better peace of mind.
