If egg isn't fertile and has been in incubator....?

Hello,
We are trying our hand at incubating and have a general question about infertile eggs. If they are in the incubator for 5 days and show no sign of being fertile, can these eggs still be used for cooking or should they be discarded? Just don't want to waste good eggs...

I feed infertile eggs to my hens, scrambled. They love them!
