If i let my constantly broody buff orp hatch will she stop?

I have tried everything with her and she has been broody nearly her whole life. Now I am thinking I will buy some eggs and let her have them. Maybe she will stop??? And, if I do get eggs, do I just put them under her and she will do the rest?
Please help,, she is making me frustrated.

I would let her sit on some, once they hatch she will be so busy teaching them how to be chickens she will forget about being broody for a while.

And then she'll lay 6 or 7 eggs and go broody again.
