If I remove 1 of my 2 roosters from the flock, will bad things happen?

I got 6 chickens when they were really young, and 2 have ended up being roos and that is too many between 4 hens. I was planning on getting rid of one of them but will this screw up anything with their behaviors, etc? Just curious, because I found someone who wants him but I wanted to double check before I got rid of him. Any help would be great, thanks!

I had the same problem. 6 chickens (got them from day 1), 3 BO and # production reds. Ended up with 2 BO roos. at 13 weeks re-homed the one that seemed a little mouthy, kept the smaller one that had started out top roo then fell from that spot when the other took over suddenly. The next day both were crowing in their respective homes- neither had crowed yet.
Both now have harems of their own and seem very happy.

Thanks guys. Yea the one I was planning to keep (for now anyway) has always been more laid back, but not subordinate. The one I'm trying to get rid of is a lot noisier and does the angry rooster dance even though he doesn't attack anybody. He also harasses the ladies all the time, and the other one doesn't (yet). Haha, the hens will rejoice...let's hope so! Thanks for the info.
