If Sulmet freezes then thaws, will it still work?

We had the sulmet out in the garage over the winter, it froze and thawed. I'm figuring it should still be effective, but I'd appreciate it if anyone has any insight. Thanks!
 
and we just went out and bought a fresh bottle, keeping it inside and not in the garage from now on.
