If the chicken embryo forms too high up in the egg, is this bad?

Hi,
I have been hatching chickens for 4 years, but in my current batch, I have seen something that is new to me.
Its day 3 of incubation, veins are visable, heart is beating visably, but the embryo seems to be forming very high up on the pointy side of the eggs.
I dont know if perhaps my incubator is not turning, but I have not seen this before so I am quite worried.
Thanks
